I like the header but don't like the 3d text. It's too big in proportion to everything else on the page.

The link system could use a little work... it's sluggish and the rollovers are giving me a bit of trouble in IE. The rest of the site looks pretty good. Not bad for a first site... lol... better than my first site was.

Some things are tooo big, as in the header and image area, and other things are too small, as in the navigation text.

header its too big and the font color on it makes it hard to read for anyone, the picture used needs to be more alive
do something with the menu, it gets lost in the big area where stads right now
break it down into more independent parts
loose all graphics that are screen wide
