I'm a hobby designer (yeah, I made that cliche hated comment about myself) so I charge under $100 for competitive sites. The charge is more to support my various gaming habits, otherwise I would honestly offer my design services free. (What a freak right? I do it because I love and enjoy web design. It's not so much a source of income as it is a source of entertainment.)
First Website - Modern Youth Webdesign
Let me start by saying that at 14, you've got a LOT of talent for web design. This is definitely grade for a high level corporate web design when you're done kid. You have quite the talent for coding, and your English is good considering it's not your native language!
The site is smooth and attractive, and presents a modern look (Obviously the effect you're looking for, eh?) which just emphasizes your content. Your portfolio is actually larger than mine (mainly because I only take on projects I enjoy, and I don't really have a portfolio site to put em on at the moment), so props for your quick emergence on the design scene!
So far the only downside is the load times, and I'm not sure why they're slow. Your XHTML and CSS check out, so good job

You're up to web standards so that's fairly good considering your age (most professional designers can't even achieve this most of the time).
I'd review Exploding Brains, but I can't read dutch

Not being able to understand the content drags down on me since I judge 60% ON the content. But it looks nice none-the-less
4/5 for Modern Youth Webdesign!
