Hello there.

I want some opinions on a fresh internet site My partner and i developed: BMW Parts Wholesale

Get a decent logo and put some pictures in there to start.

The boxes should turn blue when you hover over it. I think it will look much better then.
Another thing what you can do is make the "content box" better visible because it looks a bit unorganized now.
You should also give a background color to the body because i see a white color under the footer .

I have to agree 100% with both posts above mine. A logo would add a TON aesthetically and maybe a picture of a BMW considering the site's purpose...
