Redesign - need you opinion

Hello, guys, I totally redesign my website www.websajtovi.co.rs. I am sorry that an English version has much less content than the other, but I hope you will browse both. I would appreciate your suggestions about new design. Corrections of my English are also welcome:) Thanks!

I like the swirls and light bulb but the rest of the design seems an afterthought and doesn't live up to it. the font is very plain, the three buttons top right don't integrate well with the design and the golden nav bar doesn't link with the swirls.
