Re-designed Our Pixels and Dots Web Site

Hi, I would like to get some honest opinions on our newly designed front page. Please see our Pixels and Dots web design page and leave me any feedback. Good or bad please. Any help is desired.

I didn't design it but think it looks awesome. I am just trying to get another viewpoint because I work with conversion and like to get opinions from fresh eyes.

The layout is seriously screwed up if javascript is disabled. So much so that I'd be redirecting or showing a modal window asking the visitor to enable javascript. Without it your site isn't usable.

Nice layout and design, I'm not a huge fan of Flash banners but yours is pleasant and well-executed.

nice work with the design.. really stands out and is eye catching..

just have to consider what happens when an non-flash browser views it (ipad) - it would loose most of the impact unless you had an static image display.
