Question about finding a CMS

I was looking for a CMS that is basically just one big shoutbox. In short, just a big forum-thread type thing (not much layout to it) that people could go to an post on. No navigation, no frames, etc. So far, I haven't been able to find one that would simply do that. Does anyone know of anything offhand?

I used this and had some success with it. It's not as spammy as some others.
