Property Finder Form Fields

hello all, newbie here and non-programmer.

i need help in designing a form, i need suggestions on what field titles should be added to a form when a user is listings or finding a property to buy or sell. be it a house, condo, apartment, room or flat.

hope you may help me with this one. im wanting to create a property finder website, and i'll let a freelancer to do the project. i'ts only a country based website.

On http://iccommodate.com/ we have a property finder that is based on people looking for lettings in one city. It can easily be switched to search for properties for sale in a country though. My advice is keep it simple and allow people to search by price, size and location.
