Pretty Basic Site, Need Opinions

I recently created this pretty basic site for a company selling children CDs. It consists of 12 pages, and has an online shopping cart (fatfreecart) incorporated for 12 items.

It is almost entirely static HTML/CSS except for the contact form, which uses a bit of PHP.

I am wondering what your thoughts are on the site, I realize it is pretty basic. Also, what would be a reasonable rate to charge for work such as this?

It is pretty basic, but not ugly and at the end of the day it's about content. Amazon and Ebay are butt ugly too.

The important thing is that the content is good and the design fits the style/age of the music. Well done.

I think some background gradients and borders could go a long way, to help make the different elements of the site separately in a nicer way, but that's just my personal opinion. If you'd like some free help with the graphics, I would be happy to give it a go.

Definitely have problems with color. Try to use color combination used in Elmo CD. It appeal enough and easy to enjoy the site...

I like your site it's simple. I suggest though, you can use the colors of that particular songs, in the navigation. Not just entirely green that matches the color of Elmo. Well, that is just my own suggestion! Nonetheless, I like your site!
