They are kind of boring to look at. You need some more creativity to them and more color. Something that really draws you in.

It's seems you're just out to gain visitors since all three links point to the exact same site?
But as above, I agree that you need something a bit more snazzy, eye catching if you will!

What's with all the  's in the source? I was shocked. Use break tags, margins, padding etc..

It's one website and not three. This website looks very basic and doesn't attractive at all. Too much scrolling at the homepage. You header looks poor because the company name or it's a slogan is very small. I mean the font size. The background colors don't match and the images look like copy-pasted. It doesn't feel like one picture. It looks like several pictures that don't fit each other.

Not really attractive, though i like the simple menu. Maybe a stronger font on it to make it more visible.
