That's pretty nice! It's very clean, simple, elegant and professional looking. What I don't quite get is all the spacer images and break tags in the source? You have a stylesheet so you might as well use margins to achieve the same effect. Also I'm not such a big fan of the tables, but they seem to work, so I guess it's fine.
Have you thought about swapping the red headed cell with the green one? When you're on the web a lot you kind of get used to the main text being to the left. All in all there's nothing really important to complain about. The flash was really quick and looks great! Nice work
