Hi,
I find the flash intro moving very fast.
u can add an over state to the buttons.

It looks good. You should add those light blue boxes that are in the footer to the far left column. Put the light blue boxes behind the the content so it is a little more readable. I love what you done though!

I would make the title larger to fill up more space in the header. Maybe move some of the images 'above the fold' so they are seen initially.

flash does move way too fast and that seems like something that can be done with jquery with no problem so you can make it more seo friendly.. There's also alot of things happening down at the bottom of the page that can be and is very distracting. I can understand like 3 or 4 samples but not like 10
