Although I don't really see the benefit of the system for those adding the keywords... if it was a PR6+ page however...

Yeah I like it,

You might want to have a way of reporting broken links,

Cause once there are a ton of people posting links it would be very difficult for you to manage all of them

And have more then one link per key word,
that would be useful too,
