First things first: For the love of all that is sacred, please lose the flash intro. It's not a reflection of your flash prowess (which surpasses mine), it's just that, well, flash intros died along with the 20th century (or at least should have). Not digging the background music on the main page either.

With that, I have little to say negative about the actual layout of the page. It's simple, it's easy to navigate, and displays exactly what information a visitor might need. I might suggest, again, losing the flash, especially considering how simple this layout would be to create using only rudimentary html/css. Should you decide to stay with flash, at the very least add meta content so you're site can be indexed properly.
