The image of the gentleman on the home page looks to cut n paste.
The text next to the blue squares on the home page is too close.
The website seems very template based with no real graphic design added to it; just random blocks of text and images.

The colors of this site are not complimentary, harmonious or anything. It's an artistic disaster. The picture of the crowd looks professional. You need a better picture of the guy on the right. It also looks stretched out. Give the text some room to breathe too.
