hi, i just made my first real site and i'm looking for feedback on any newbie mistakes i made (i'm sure there is a ton). also, some of my page load times are long and i was wondering if anyone could point out a way for me to fix that. any comments would be appreciated, thanks.

The site looks quite good. I would consider perhaps changing the border frame on the images. Also some of the links in the business section dont appear to be working correctly.
