Too much space left open and unused in both sides. No logo, not many images in posts. Some problem with your bullet points (Natural dyes post). You should definitely take help from a web designer.

The line/ border gets in the way of the text at the end of the paragraph. I'm not sure if it's a browser problem. I'm using IE. Overall, looks okay for a blog.

you have a strange line running across it from the top down to the bottom - i am sure that was not supposed to be there - try to fix it. and your right navigation bar seems broken - the white field. maybe it is only because i am using IE

I suspect you want us to review it more on content than on design. As the thing is a preset template, designers wouldn't really be able to comment except use something less garish looking and more related to your subject matter. The whle thing looks untidy and there are lines everywhere. I first thought it was a browser issue but I think its something to do with the backgrounds you are using.
