your right hand tab is very annoying and goes behind your flash elements when you scroll down. Add a new parameter wmode:transparent to your flash to fix it or remove the tab. A lot of keyword spamming at the bottom of your website.

Fashion Fame...I got excited when I saw your website title, then disappointed when I saw the underwhelming design.

You need splash. You need flair. You need your design to reflect your industry and get viewers pumped. Specifically, the truncated header at the top is dismal.

Nice attempt, but it looks like two separate websites combined in a single page. The upper part is nicely done, but the bottom half is too cluttered. Fonts aren't uniform and links are arranged properly.
