Overall,

Nice and clean design with some great subtle touches - like with most web design sites, it seems a little bit crowded but I have no room to talk (so is ours!).
I like your sIFR techniques and the way you code your CSS looks great too!

Professional-looking website. The onpage factors are also good. Your metatags are relevant to page content. Great job! :)
