i like it, its a very 'beauty theme', bg image looks nice, and you have some nice jquery effects on the navigation

Suggestions on the splash page, the "Spa and Salon" subtitle looks almost camoflaged. Have you tried that in white like the main heading?

Same with the black text below it.

Also, design an image for the Enter button.

One comment however; Are you aware that your navigation cuts off the links when you click? You may want to check that. Here is a screen shot.

Overall your website looks very attractive and also helpful but as the above comment it true your navigation cuts off the links when you click, it completes after it is clicked and opened you just check it out.Flash makes your website more appealing.
