They all look professional enough.
The second two sites, I would sum up what the main service it is that you provide, and use that in the title tag. It is not immediately clear what the main service is that you are providing.

All sites are looking good. But their loading time isn't that fast. It took a while before the flash images appeared in site #2 and #3. Maybe they're too big.

www.cpg.co.in ( I enjoyed the design, navigation, colors, everything, very nice website)
www.saleskitgroup.com ( I have to say no to this website, the background is too big and the banners are too small, the navigation looks cheap, the header image looks blurry, the logo looks blurry and is ugly too.

the 1th one did not load up

the other 2 they both look good

the flash on www.cpg.co.in

is to slow im not talking about the load time

but the presentation itself take to much

love the background
