You should probably put a bit more padding on those navigation links just as a convenience.

in firefox, since u are using text links on the top u might want to use outline:none

this is good for what purpose i believe you are going for just fix those links on your nav bar xP

I think the site looks great overall. I agree that the subtle background noise is a nice touch that I wouldn't have expected to work.

I like the bit of flash you used to add a bit of dynamic elements to the header.

I would consider some sort of rollover effect on the navigation links.

I like the layout since it's easy to navigate. I do like your flash header but i do have an issue with it at the same time. I don't like that when i click on a link your flash header restarts perhaps only have it do that on the first page. Also it continues to restart.

That's the only thing i can see. keep up the good work.
