PDF in IFRAME

Hello All!

I have a site which opens a PDF within an embedded IFRAME. The PDF file has links to websites in it. When you click on the links, the page opens within the IFRAME.

Is there a way that I can get those links to open in an external window?

target="_blank" would be the normal way of opening a link in a new window, however I'm not sure with a PDF.
