password access questions

I have just been handed a website for my motorcycle group...it has been poorly maintained and was originally set up using godaddy and website tonight...'

I need to have a main page accessible by anyone, and then password access to the rest of the pages, preferably having unique login (user/pass) for each person (around 100). Can someone point me in the right direction? This sounds pretty complicated.

If you have a limited number of members and are looking for a quick and dirty solution then simply password protect the folders you want to keep hidden;

Otherwise I would suggest a pre-built solution as KittyCatSpace suggested (not sure about siteezy but Wordpress is a Godaddy-supported one that comes to mind) for something of the size you are looking for.
