I'd like some input on my website's overall layout if possible. I'm not bent on absolute perfection, just a website that is professional but clean and friendly with no unnecessary clutter. Also, I realize the width is set to 1024 and some prefer 800, but 1024 is what I have settled on. Thanks!

I think you spent alot of time on each page on the site ..
the way of designing the site not perfect for multi pages site like your ..
instead putting whole image as background "that make your site heavy"
you should use sliced image as background and repeat it ...
At Last. your site image should be in same folder e.g "/image "

Excellent, thanks for the advice! What does keeping the pictures in one folder do? Does it make them faster to load? Does it help search engines find them? Thanks!

Good job. Packed with content for a niche group, which is great. The site needs some sort of footer. I felt like it abruptly stopped when I scrolled down

The top is rather big (huge title banner, big green gap after the navigation bar) - this pushes down the content that would invite surfers into your web.

Also, there are a lot of type styles and sizes on there, this makes things look a bit scattered and makes reading more difficult.
