Regarding the design, your site isn't that attractive. Add something that will make it more attractive to the eyes of the visitors.

Personally I like your tag line.
Your design itself is pretty nice, but I think the biggest problem is there is little contrast in your images. It makes the site feel a little boring and drab. So really, just a little more saturation in your colors would make it more appealing to visitors.
The actual designs in your images are very nice, you did a good job making it all.
If you coded this site yourself:
On the actual code side, there are a few errors, but only because you have tags in the wrong place. Example, there's an ordered list inside of a paragraph.
