Nice. Clean and uncluttered.
I must admit though that upon arriving at the site my first impression was that "Waste Exchange Database" was the name of your company, and that your business was somehow Government related.
After scanning the rest of the home page text I realized that 4PD is the company, and Waste Exchange DB was a client/case study.
I immediately recognized that the 'case study' buttons were links, however I did not immediately click on them - my expectation was that these links would take me to another page. I did not discover their actual functionality until after I had scanned the entire page over and returned to the top.
This is just my .02, and I am probably not your average viewer, nor your target audience.
Also - the flow and 'readability' of some verbiage seems a bit strained in places. ex:
4pd are a Melbourne based, award winning, web design studio specialising in web design, web development and related services, we are, web design Melbourne.
I'm wondering if it would read easier something like this:
4pd is a Melbourne based, award winning, web design studio specialising in web design, web development and related services. We are web design Melbourne.
or
4pd is a Melbourne based, award winning, web design studio specialising in web design, web development and related services. 4pd is web design Melbourne.
