Nice site. I don't like the text in the bubbles (the main content text is good use the same). Also the background could do with a change. Maybye black or silver?

I like the colors usage on the old site better, and I like the old banner a little more. It felt warmer, more welcoming.
The new layout is nice, it emphasizes what packages you have to offer (sometimes that can get lost when surfing through different development sites), which is also why I like the text bubbles along the side. I would link the labels; Hosting package, and Web Design Packages to those pages.
Also, some quick stats might be nice. A link on the side to examples of your work, payment methods, or logos and banners you’ve made.

Actually, the site is noplace near completion. "Decoration", as I call it, is the very last thing I do. That is when more color will be added, pics, gifs, and general eye candy.This demo, is basaically just an idea of layout/design/functionality.
