I just redesigned my web site, could all you cool pplz please give me the good and the bad... most people will skip the good bit and only tell me the bad thats what i want...

Hey that's a cracking improvement over the old site. It looks far more professional now. I like the neutral colour scheme adn the background colour, I know it's just my opinion but I'm not a big fan of white bgrounds on websites, they're difficult to look at and make some text hard to read – you've chosen a good colour choice.

I don't know if it's my browser [safari 2.0.3], but when I view the 'terms of use' page the text overlaps one another in the middle and makes the central section illegible.

It's looking really good though! nice one!

I think the site is a definite improvement as well.
Just a small point, the format of those URL's is not very search friendly in so far as the sub pages of the site do not appear to have a google pagerank like the homepage.
Just a personal preference, but I prefer that the whole page scrolls down, rather than just a box within the page.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback, i have fixed the links and the text that overlaps for the white bg and black text i dont mind that any color i put makes it even harded to read...
