really nice designed site, have some laout minor isses to fix, but really good

The site looks good, especially like the way a different staff member photo appears on each page, gives it a nice personal touch. As mentioned above, good idea to avoid duplicate sites and just stick with one.

Layout and design looks pretty good. photos could use a little work, there a little grainy. loads pretty quick though.
