Need to make an e-z archive style page

Hi I'm making a section of my website where I need to make my categories click able by alphabetical order. i.e.

A - B - C- D-

America
apple
azure

----new page B---

Bones
Beans
Broccoli

--How do I do this easily, is there a good script or template that can help?
