need help w/"scrollable" table some $$$ available

hello to all,
i am in needed of programing assistance with my site www.ascentsation.com

1) I would like to have a "scrollable" table on my site like the one @
www.fragrancenet.com if you go to www.ascentsation.com you can see
that I was able to make the table, but now I am way over my head.

or if you are unable to with above, please tell me what you think about the site, suggestions for improvements, etc...
