I would like to have advice to make effect which can develop my website.

What type of job are you looking for? If you are looking for a web based job then you need to make sure the design of your website shows off what you can do. Otherwise you should keep it fairly simple. As long as it's not a mess and you can clearly explain who you are and what your strengths are you should be fine.
