I think you have a good starting point here. That being said I think there are some points which could be improved. I'm a very direct and honest person, and as a designer (and marketing specialist), myself, I think this is the best way we can truly grow. So please don't take anything personal, just a way of input to develop better as a designer. I won't do the complete site.
Here are my suggestions and my input:
Starting from your nav bar with your logo and menu:
I like the scroll over feature on the logo but I wonder what it would look like with the glow behind the logo? Adding a glow to the back would make it stand out a bit more (give it that POP!) when someone scrolled over the logo. I like the animation that you added to the menu. However, being a desktop user, it's not more user friend than having all of your options displayed, it is great for mobile though. Check out

Your Banner:
This site consist of all green #7bdcb5 (I think this is the color) and blue #2525d0. I think there is too much green. I would utilize the green as an accent rather than a main color. Take a look at
Terminix and how they utilize their green. Don't be afraid to utilize some of their hierarchy as well, "Steal like an artist" as they say. For your banner, my suggestion would be to make the banner white and include your BBB is centered and above the "Pest Control Conway South Carolina." So that's the first thing your consumer sees when the load the page - Boom - Your company is BBB rated..
I was confused by the "Pest Control Conway South Carolina", "Organic Green Pest Control" and your logo is "Jay's Pest Control Solutions." So as a consumer, I would question: Is the company "Pest Control Conway South Carolina" or "Organic Green Pest Control" or "Jay's Pest Control Solutions?" If you're a pest control company based out of Conway, South Carolina, then I would utilize that as a Paragraph header not in your banner OR say something like "The Best Pest Control in Conway South Carolina" and feature an image of Hero image of South Carolina.
Video:
I see that you included a "Why Jay's Pest Control video" While it's a good idea to include a video, I think your placement needs to be a bit lower, You first need to grab your audience then tell them why your company. I can see you put some time into this, and you can totally use a voice over, but why not utilize, people actively doing inspections, or spraying and have a voice over that. There are lots of free stock video/image places: such as

Your About Section:
I see that you have an about Jay but it doesn't actually have a title. Utilize your titles for each section, so that it's clear to your consumer/customer when they are searching for something specific.
