Navigation help (Dropping/expanding)

Hi guys. New to the forum and newish to webdesign.

Anyway, while browsing the Internet I came acrossthis website and really like there navigation menu on the left hand side.

Does anyone know how I would go about writing/creating this?

Looks to me like they want to do the expanding part of the menu.
A quick look into the code shows that it's using javascript to expand list items.

You could either learn from their code, or google search for something like it.
