I really like the logo and the graphic at the top of the page and the general look of the site i think is great.
The only thing I would say is that when you scroll down the page, the light gray borders disappear and the too shades of gray left are a bit similar so the page ends up looking a bit crowded.

look good no need to change anything.
i dont know if you designed it for 800pixels in width. i use 1280pixels for my screen and there is much room on the sides of the webpage but its not a bad thing it just alows for people to use 800x600.
