you may want to consider preloading your roll-over images... as it takes a second or 2 on roll-over before the images switch.

also, i suggest assigning a TITLE for each page.

bcee is right, use sprite image, it will be fantastic. Everything will work smooth.

Looks really good.

One suggestion on the background, though. On my screen it stops abruptly about 80% of the way through and then starts over again. You might want to put it in a div and center it and have a complementary background color behind it instead of x-repeating it. Maybe someone has other suggestions.
