Hey, I need some reviews on my site, www.jakeboyles.com . its kinda messed up in firefox, which im still fixing, but its fine in IE.

the header is nice, although to big. i'd cut it down in size a bit - to much unused space. the signature for a logo is a nice touch and works well.

the content area and links are bit to plain for my liking. especially for a portfolio site. it needs more color. you want to awe the user, get their attention, make them want what only you can offer.

I agree with zkiller. Like the signature logotype, but it could be scaled down. I'd like to see less space around it in general.

I agree about the lack of color. I'm fond of the clean simple design, but this looks almost "un-designed". Not much color is needed. Maybe just color the h3 text.

You might also reduce the h5 and p font-size a bit. That would create more contrast with the h3 text and get the user to your Recent Work sooner.

Also, your hover color in the main area is too light on white.

I would add a bit of contrast between your headers and body text so that they stand out? Just a suggestion. I like your bg!
