I am currently working on a website for a friend of mine...

He is looking for an animated scroll looking idea that expands every tim the page is refreshed...and the content to change after the animation...

So to sum up...You click link...scroll opens (animation) and displays content.

It is possible...depending on the detail of the animation I would say that it would need to be created in flash.
