Hiya, I've just created a suite of software tools to help online marketers. I've been playing about with some designs and have settled for the following design.

I would get rid of the google search bar at the very top of the page, makes it look like the search box is more important than the actual site, because it is right at the top.
I would put the image at the top and maybe the navigation under it.
Also not sure I like the picture of the person at the top, with the effects that were used.

I agree with Ian, the search box will detract from what your site has to offer. Maybe you can put it below.

that's what i was thinking as well.

overall the site looks pretty nice though. very clean design.
