My client provided me a large jpg of a neighborhood. They'd like for a balloon to pop up when rolling over any given property, and the balloon would contain the business name and address. What's the best way to accomplish this? Also, I'm doing this within the context of a Joomla site. Any hints are much appreciated! Bill
