Hi all!

I determined to make use of a web service to organize beta stage better and let customers to leave feedback right from the web site. There's a lot of them on the web but hard to pick out from all that range.

Possibly someone already used one of them and can advise me something. Any thoughts on the topic appreciated.

Do you need a form or a system that lets customers provide testimonials/feedback?
