Looking for a good javascript program

to house a feature on our website that will allow users to scroll through thumbnails of preview video options, with a large window above that will play the selected video. When a video is selected we also need to have a button that will take the user to the specified product page-

Basically a large video rotator with scrollable thumbnails.

Our website is not a regular CMS like worpress or joomla, hence we will be implementing this the hard code way, no plugins...

Thanks so much for any and all help/suggestions.
