Is this possible to achieve?

Hello folks,
I would like to have a website with educational tutorial videos. The idea is, that the subscribers would have the access to all these videos for some small monthly fee. But here is the problem. Once one subscriber pays the fees and once he knows the P.I.N. for the access, then he can now share that PIN with all his classmates, with the whole school. So here is my question. Is it possible to avoid this sharing by, for example, restricting the access to only one computer at the time? So if someone subscribes, pays the fees, he can access all this material from his computer, but the P.I.N. would not work from the other computer with a different IP address.

Use a client certificate that gets downloaded and generated during registration and payment. Then that user is restricted to that browser and computer.

It's much easier to tie it to the IP address. A simple request form could update the IP in your system to a new one they might've obtained later on.
