I have an idea for a website and would like to know if it is even possible to implement my idea into a website. If so, would it be something I could do myself? And.. if I got this done professionally how much would it cost?
My idea is for a membership website in which new signups are placed in a certain order. There will be FIVE levels into which signups can be placed. It would follow a specific "downline" structure, having a certain number of signups in one level before moving onto the next level.
Each person who signs up pays a monthly membership fee and will get their own referall link with the same "downline" structure as above.
I need the site to keep track of all signups made through each individuals referall link, and would need some sort of automatic payment method set up to pay each individual member. The amount of the payment would be based on the number of referalls each member got through their referall link.
