is this design suitable for a laser hair removal website?

It's a bit like web sites circa 1990-ish. But then again, people who want cosmetic surgery aren't always youthful, and so they should be familiar with the design. The source code makes me cringe! But the pages seem to work quite well!

A lot of good information on the front page which makes you want to read a little bit! I'd scrunch the header and content cell together and maybe try to add a bit more color and/or gradients here and there. The 'vein clinic' link doesn't align like the rest of them.
