I am going into real estate and want to create my own personal website. I wanted a good way for visitors to easily search and find properties. The MLS site is very bland, so I wanted something like this (lower half of the page)..

Is it possible or is it a lot of work? This is the regular MLS site, not exactly easy to use and takes up a full page. With the one above, I can have my header on the page.
