Is Google Dance Really Exist?

I cannot call this "Google Dance" or something else because results are very depressive and annoying, actually my website results in Google was in under 100 pages but suddenly one day i checked its all gone and Google kick them out of 100 results pages, i was very depressed and annoyed but cannot do anything so i just again started working on my website to get promote again to Google under 100 pages but now some of my link where were coming in 10 to 12 pages in google now i cannot see them till 40 pages. Is it a google dance or something else. Please help me to get back my website in the same position.:)

in my openion, yes google Dance has took place, basically It’s the period when Google is rebuilding its rankings, and results fluctuate widely for a 3 to 5 day period.
