I'm new here and haven't posted before. I've been on many forums, but not one on web design. I've been reviewing some of the sites here and I am impressed with the work. I'd like to learn and communicate with a talented pool of people and this looks like a good place to start. Been designing for several years and looking to go pro. On the homepage, I think the header/navigation looks great, but the large sunset image looks out of place. I would place more text on that page so it loads faster and perhaps have a few smaller graphics of samples of websites that you have designed.
