iFrame vs Javascript

I have a client who has several forms I've created with an online form creation website. The choice for the embed script is either iframe or javascript. Which of these is most likely to work? I know some browsers dont support iframes, and sometimes javascript is turned off. Some of the people who use these forms are government employees, and I thought maybe government networks had tighter security, and wondered if iframe or javascript would be more likely to work for them. Thank you for any info.

I certainly would not use an Iframe.. just because there is no future for Iframes... Mobile devices like phones and tables don't work well with Iframes.

ALL major browsers, both 'mobile' and 'desktop' support iFrames, FIFTEEN YEARS ago some didn't, but Netscape haven't been developing browsers for over seven years now.

If you NEED to include an external document, using an iframe IS the correct element to use, that IS what it is there for.
