IE8 issues and general critique

Any general feedback on regentpub.se would be great.

Also, I have a specific issue with the "Album" page regentpub.se/album.html

For some reason, in IE8, the table is centered and the dimensions of the transparent box are off. It must have something to do with the embedding of the Picasa photo album, but I am totally stuck.

I see where you are going w/ the site keeping a simplistic look for your business. Might I suggest more content Less pictures. The site loads rather slow which can decrease your ranking.

I hear you, but it may just be loading slowly for you because the server is in Sweden. Also, over here the slowest internet connection is 5 Mbits/s, so I am satisfied with the size and load time.

I agree the load time isn't an issue, loads fine in scotland

I like the design and images. Only a couple of things i would suggest

I wouldn't have the images resize on hover, it's irritating and detracts from an otherwise classy looking site. I would be a bit more subtle, like just have the font colour change or something.

The site definitely needs to be centered. It looks odd away in the left on a large screen.

But I think it's a good site and the above is only my 2 cents worth
